While we are now accepting inquiries for 2027, please note that returning 2026 guests have the right of first refusal for the same week in 2027.

- We generally book one year in advance. Guests staying with us in 2026 are given the first opportunity to retain their preferred week for the following season. To confirm their reservation, a deposit must be received by the end of the guest’s stay.
- If a deposit is not received by that time, the week will be released and posted as available to new guests.
- If you are interested in a specific week for 2027, we encourage you to reach out—availability may change as returning guests confirm or release their weeks.
- A $200 CAD non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance is to be paid upon check in.
- We accept E-Transfers, Cash, Credit and Debit. We normally send you an invoice by email. You can then safely pay online.
- 2027 Rates in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Cottage 2 (1 bedroom): $1,200 / week
- Cottage 3 (2 bedrooms): $925 / week
- Cottage 4 (2 bedrooms): $925 / week
- Cottage 5 (3 bedrooms): $1,025 / week
- Launch / docking / power fee: $65 / week per boat
